Terms of service
These terms govern use of the current DYJ.ONE website and application. Managed project work is also governed by the written quote, statement of work or other agreement accepted for that engagement; those project-specific terms control if they conflict with this page.
Operator and launch status
“DYJ.ONE”, “we” and “us” refer to the operator of this website and the DYJ.ONE services. A final legal entity name, registered address and governing-law clause are not currently published here. They must be confirmed in the applicable contracting documents before a paid engagement.
DYJ.ONE currently launches as a managed jewelry commercialization service with software workspaces attached. It is not represented as a mature self-service product. Online subscriptions, automated checkout, unlimited revisions and every feature shown in future plans should not be assumed to be available.
Using the website and accounts
You may use public pages to evaluate the services and submit genuine enquiries. Private workspaces require an account and may be limited by role, project or approval status. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting sign-in credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
You must not:
- access another customer’s files, account or private route;
- probe, bypass or interfere with authentication or usage controls;
- upload malicious code or use the service to harm another person;
- submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive or unauthorized material;
- automate requests in a way that overloads or abuses paid services; or
- reverse engineer protected software except where law permits it.
We may restrict access needed to protect customers, providers or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce an accepted project agreement.
Enquiries, quotes and payment
Sending an enquiry or opening a mailto draft does not create a project contract and does not guarantee availability. A paid engagement begins only after both sides accept a written scope that identifies the work, deliverables, assumptions, price, taxes, payment schedule, revisions and delivery expectations.
Prices shown on the website are launch estimates or starting points, normally before VAT, sales tax, shipping, materials and stated third-party costs. DYJ.ONE does not currently claim an online billing flow. Managed services may be invoiced using deposits and milestones stated in the quote.
Changes to an approved brief, extra outputs, additional revisions, rush requests and new integration work may require a revised quote. Cancellation, refund, expiry and late-payment rules must be stated in the applicable quote or project agreement rather than inferred from a marketing page.
Customer materials and permissions
You retain your rights in material you provide. You grant DYJ.ONE and the approved people and service providers involved in the project permission to host, copy, transform and process that material only as reasonably needed to provide, secure and support the requested work.
You confirm that you own the submitted designs, images, trademarks and files or have sufficient permission to use them for the requested production, AI processing, rendering and publication. You must disclose confidential third-party work, white-label restrictions and any limits on using a person’s likeness. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data or material that may not lawfully be processed.
Deliverables and intellectual property
The accepted quote or statement of work determines the deliverables, file formats, ownership or license, permitted commercial uses and any third-party components. No transfer of rights should be inferred before the agreed fees are paid or beyond the expressly accepted scope.
DYJ.ONE does not use customer names, logos, private files or finished work as public proof or portfolio material without a documented permission basis. Feedback about the service may be used to improve operations, but it does not grant permission to publish confidential project content.
AI-generated imagery can contain inaccuracies or similarities that require human review. Availability of an output does not guarantee trademark clearance, exclusivity, registrability or freedom from all third-party claims. The intended commercial-use terms and review responsibility must be confirmed for the project.
CAD, production and viewer limitations
Production-ready files are prepared against the dimensions, materials, stone information and manufacturing requirements available to us. Final manufacturing feasibility can depend on the selected workshop, process, tolerances and materials. The responsible producer must approve the file before manufacture, and the project scope should say who accepts each production stage.
Viewer appearance varies with source geometry, device, browser, storefront code, display and network conditions. A managed viewer pilot or license applies only to the documented models, domains and capabilities. Analytics, APIs, usage limits or publishing workflows are included only if the accepted agreement expressly says so.
Physical production, materials, shipping, insurance, duties, defects and returns require separate written responsibility and pricing terms. The existence of a partner profile does not make every service on that partner’s own website part of a DYJ.ONE engagement.
Availability and warranties
We work to keep the website and workspaces available, but launch-stage software can contain defects and may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn. Third-party AI, hosting, storage, realtime and browser services can also fail or change. Keep local copies of important source material and downloaded deliverables; Studio is not presented as a permanent archive.
Except for commitments expressly made in an accepted project agreement and rights that cannot legally be excluded, the public website and evaluation features are provided on an “as available” basis. Marketing examples are not guarantees that every design, device or production process will achieve the same result.
Responsibility and disputes
Each party remains responsible for losses it causes and for obligations that applicable law does not allow it to exclude. Any warranty, indemnity, liability cap, governing law, venue or dispute process for a paid project must be stated in the accepted contracting documents. This page does not invent those terms before DYJ.ONE’s contracting entity and operating jurisdiction are confirmed.
If a concern arises, stop using the affected feature where appropriate, preserve relevant information and contact [email protected]. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights that apply to an eligible private customer.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy policy and Cookies policy explain current data and browser-storage practices.
We may update these terms as the launch service develops. The current version and last-updated date will remain on this page. A material change does not rewrite an already accepted project agreement unless that agreement permits it or both sides agree.
