Privacy policy
This policy explains the information handled through DYJ.ONE’s public website, accounts, Studio, Atelier and viewer services. It is written for the current launch-stage service and will be updated when billing, analytics or other material processing changes.
Who this policy covers
“DYJ.ONE”, “we” and “us” refer to the operator of the DYJ.ONE website and services. A legal entity name and postal business address are not currently published on this site; we will add those details when they are confirmed. Until then, privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
This policy covers visitors, prospective customers, account holders, customers, approved designers and other people who communicate with DYJ.ONE. A separately negotiated project agreement may contain additional confidentiality or data-handling terms.
Information we handle
- Contact and account data: name, email address, authentication records, role and account profile information.
- Project data: company details, briefs, product descriptions, deadlines, budget bands, quotes, approvals and revision requests.
- Assets and outputs: reference images, sketches, CAD or 3D files, deliverables, generated images and related technical metadata.
- Communications: messages, comments, voice notes and information used to coordinate audio/video calls. Calls use peer-to-peer WebRTC where available; this policy does not claim that call content is recorded.
- Technical data: IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, security logs, authorized viewer domains and service activity needed to operate, troubleshoot and protect the platform.
Quote requests are made from inside your account. When you request a quote against a Jewelry item, the answers you give — the outcome you need, the deliverables, your notes and any references you attach — are stored in a DYJ.ONE database as part of that request, so that you and the team can both see it. If you would rather ask something without creating a record, write to us by email instead.
How information is used
We use information where needed to:
- respond to enquiries and prepare project scopes or quotes;
- authenticate users and provide the requested workspace;
- create, review, deliver and support imagery, CAD and 3D assets;
- coordinate designers, production work and customer approvals;
- secure the service, investigate misuse and maintain records;
- meet legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims; and
- improve reliability using support feedback and operational data.
Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may be needed to take steps at your request, perform a contract, meet a legal obligation, pursue legitimate operational and security interests, or act with consent. We do not describe page views as proof of customer outcomes and do not sell personal information as a product.
AI and service providers
DYJ.ONE relies on service providers to operate the platform. The current implementation uses Supabase for authentication, database and realtime functions; Cloudflare R2-compatible storage for certain project files; and OpenAI for jewelry analysis, image generation and the AI Designer. Hosting, email, security and infrastructure providers may also process limited data on our behalf.
When you use Studio, submitted references, descriptions and generation instructions may be sent to AI providers to perform the requested analysis or image generation. Do not submit material you are not authorized to use, unnecessary personal data, biometric identifiers, government IDs, payment-card details or other highly sensitive data.
Providers may process data in countries different from yours. We will use contractual and other safeguards where applicable, but no internet transmission or third-party platform can be guaranteed completely secure.
Sharing and disclosure
Information may be shared with approved designers, production providers or integration specialists only to the extent needed for a scoped engagement. Their responsibilities, access and confidentiality should be stated in the applicable project terms.
We may also disclose information to service providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or a successor involved in a genuine business reorganization. We do not publish customer work, names, logos or case studies without an appropriate permission basis.
Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, project delivery, security, dispute handling and legal or accounting obligations. Retention varies by record and provider.
Project files and communications may need to remain while a task is active or while access, acceptance or legal records are required. You can request deletion, but some records may be retained where law, security, contractual rights or another valid obligation requires it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis used. You may also be entitled to complain to a local data-protection authority.
Send a request from the email address connected with the information to [email protected]. We may ask for proportionate verification before acting. Account security and browser-storage choices are also described in the Cookies policy.
Children and changes
DYJ.ONE is a business and professional jewelry service, not a service directed to children. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through the platform.
We may revise this policy as the product, providers and legal requirements change. Material updates will be shown on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use after an update does not replace any consent that applicable law specifically requires.
